Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitorial associate to perform cleaning across assigned facilities, keeping areas clean, sanitary and orderly to support guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include high dusting, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and simple grounds maintenance. The role requires safety awareness, reliability and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Formación

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations and methods.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and communicate with co-workers.
• Familiarity with handling cleaning chemicals and safety guidelines (MSDS).

Responsabilidades

• High dusting of surfaces above shoulder height.
• Sanitizing/spot cleaning of surfaces below shoulder height.
• Bathroom cleaning following a set sequence; toilet care and dispensers checked.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners.
• Floor care including dusting and vacuuming; mop and clean floors.
• Grounds maintenance and outside area cleaning as needed.
• Clean public common areas and food court surfaces; remove trash and sanitize tables.
• Sanitize floors with germicidal solution and ensure cleanliness of back areas.
