Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations.
• Understanding of methods, materials and equipment used in janitorial work.
• Safe work practices.
• Use of toxic and non-toxic chemicals (MSDS).

Responsibilities

• High Dusting and sanitizing surfaces around rooms.
• Bathroom cleaning with germicidal solution and trash removal.
• Floor dusting or vacuuming with proper technique.
• Grounds care including outdoor trash and litter check.
• Public areas cleaning and window/wall spot cleaning.
• Customer relations: polite, quiet, and helpful to patrons.
