SBM is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support cleaning and sanitation across assigned areas. The role involves performing janitorial tasks, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 months of training or experience, may need a valid driver's license, and will bring strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Driver's license may be required; safety and task training certification may be required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus; strong reading, verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemical safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Follow daily schedule and maintain assigned area cleanliness.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work in a team and take direction from supervision.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct; maintain PPE.
