Job summary

SBM is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas while performing janitorial duties. You will operate cleaning equipment, follow daily schedules, and uphold safety guidelines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills plus a willingness to work as part of a team are essential. No strict education requirements; 3–6 months of training or experience accepted, with forklift certification possible.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazards to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
