Job summary

Pocatello/Chubbuck School District No. 25 in Pocatello, ID, is seeking a Building Technician/Activities at Pocatello High School to perform custodial, maintenance, cleaning and groundskeeping duties, ensuring a clean, sanitary and safe environment.

The successful candidate must have a building maintenance certification and a high school diploma or GED, and will join a 12‑month position (251 days/year, 8 hours/day) with duties supervised by the Custodial Foreman, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Building maintenance certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial, maintenance, cleaning and groundskeeping tasks.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment in school buildings and grounds.
• May be assigned other maintenance duties; work outdoors in inclement weather; use cleaning equipment and substances.
