The Volunteers of America Texas Property Management is seeking a Janitor/Housekeeper to clean and maintain interior common areas of the property. Responsibilities include vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring a safe, healthy environment for residents and staff.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow safety procedures, and regular attendance for 40+ hour weeks. Prior cleaning experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of general cleaning practices and safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain detailed records and follow safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Maintains interior common areas in a clean, healthy, and safe manner.
• Vacuum and dust interior common areas daily; mop and clean floors as required.
• Cleans public restrooms and laundry facilities daily; checks supplies.
• Assists with repairs in interior common areas and participates in budget-conscious activities.
