Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures at a Plano, TX location. You will delegate tasks, supervise team members, and provide guidance in the manager's absence, ensuring cleanliness and safety across the building.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training new hires, coordinating with management, and verifying completion of work orders. A valid driver's license and one year of lead or supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of similar work experience (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed; report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management; document client communications.
• Assist with daily and weekly work scheduling.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged, broken, or out-of-work features/items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in the building.
• Oversee quality of completed work with the Area Manager.
• Provide training for new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
