Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations at our Dallas site. You will delegate daily tasks, guide team members, and ensure adherence to policies when the Manager is not present.

This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and hands-on oversight to keep facilities clean and safe for workers and customers. The Lead operates equipment, handles cleaning chemicals, schedules work, reports issues, and supports additional service requests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Take care of keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged, broken or out-of-work features/items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag job) in the assigned building.
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Area Manager.
• Provides training for all new hires assigned to the building in accordance with onboarding procedures.
• Completes and validates any time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Checks supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
