Job summary

ABM Industries in Amarillo is seeking an experienced Lead to oversee facility operations, delegate daily tasks, and supervise the team when the Manager is not on site.

You will lead cleaning operations, ensure safety and policy adherence, and maintain clear communication with management and clients. Experience in leadership, customer service, and a commitment to quality are preferred. This role offers growth opportunities and a stable, team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and delegate job assignments.
• Provide supervision and guidance to the team when the Manager is not present.
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with policies.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management.
• Record time for regular and subcontractor employees.
• Oversee cleaning operations and verify work completion with the Area Manager.
• Manage access, keys, and entry cards for the property.
