Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures at the assigned site. You will delegate tasks, supervise in the Manager's absence, and uphold standards for cleanliness and safety for workers and customers.

The role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. Preferred are 1 year of lead or supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee cleaning operations in the assigned building and ensure quality.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged or non-working features/items and coordinate repairs.
• Provide training for new hires according to onboarding procedures.
