Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate daily operations at a facility, delegating tasks and guiding the team when the Manager is away. The Lead will supervise cleaning operations, ensure safety, manage access, training for new hires, and report to the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid Driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Train new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
