Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. The Lead delegates tasks, provides guidance, and supervises at an assigned site when the Manager is absent.

The role involves coordinating daily work, supervising a team, and maintaining clean, safe buildings. Prior supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred, with opportunities for growth within ABM’s broad facilities services network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations.
• Provide guidance and leadership to team members.
• Communicate with field employees and management.
• Assist with scheduling and route cards.
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged items and intervene as needed.
• Train new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records.
