The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience, strong customer service skills, and a valid driver's license. No degree is required; a flexible, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No degree required; high school diploma not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and delegate tasks to the team.
• Provide supervision in absence of the Manager at the site.
• Oversee cleaning operations and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with field staff and management; report issues and schedules.
• Train new hires and validate time records for staff and subcontractors.
