Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations at an on-site location, delegating tasks, guiding teams, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. The role involves operating equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting janitorial duties as needed.

The Lead will supervise in the absence of the Manager and ensure open communication between field staff and management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed.
• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Monitors and documents client communications.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Completes and validates time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Checks supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
