The Lead coordinates daily operations, assigns schedules, and communicates with management. The position emphasizes leadership, reliability, and hands-on supervision of cleaning tasks and equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed; report barriers.
• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintains open communication between field employees and management; documents client communications.
• Assists with daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building and manage access keys and cards.
• Report damaged or out-of-service items; handle special service requests.
• Ensure quality of work and confirm completion with Area Manager.
• Train new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for employees and subcontractors.
