Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of custodial experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of the Cleaning Certification Program within 1 year of hire date.
• Willingness to participate in the FS Facilitating Successful Leaders program.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead work teams and conduct daily building inspections.
• Make job assignments and evaluate employee performance.
• Train new employees and provide formal training classes.
• Serve as point of contact for customers.
• Perform daily public relations with UT employees, students, and visitors.
