Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning.
• Leads a team of Building Services employees.
• Provides relief help when needed and leads project work.
• Maintains quality control levels for their area.
• Knows zone staff, areas of responsibility, and cleaning tasks for the group.
• Trains new and seasoned employees on proper cleaning and equipment use.
• Cares for flooring surfaces and training on care procedures.
• Oversees floor restoration, maintenance, and repairs; trains team on procedures.
• Provides coverage in Foreman's absence and understands zone responsibilities.
• Completes reports, work orders, time logs, and supply distribution.
• Provides customer service to campus personnel.
