Job summary

RISE Vols in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to lead by example and ensure high cleaning standards across the student housing community. This hands-on role involves guiding the custodial team, organizing daily priorities, and correcting issues to keep spaces welcoming and safe.

You will train teammates on cleaning procedures, monitor supplies, and coordinate tasks with supervision to maintain a spotless environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience.
• Experience leading or training others is preferred.

Responsibilities
