Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a dedicated maintenance and janitorial associate to keep our clubs clean, safe and welcoming. The role involves daily cleaning duties, cart management, and light repairs to support a positive member experience.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with an emphasis on teamwork, reliability and attention to safety. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must complete required training and certification processes.
• Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• May be 18+ to operate equipment and enter age-restricted areas.
• Retail/wholesale experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of all club areas including sales floor, restrooms and outdoor spaces.
• Gathers and returns carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance.
• Ensure carts are stocked and in working order at the club entrance.
• Perform minor and routine building repairs and notify management for major repairs.
