Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in porter services, hospitality support, facilities maintenance, or related roles.
• Technical Skills: Light maintenance, inventory, and workplace setup; basic MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across office spaces and client facilities.
• Inspect facilities for maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns.
• Perform light maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and equipment setup.
• Repair and maintain office furniture, doors, fixtures, and fixtures.
• Patch and paint walls to maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist with furniture assembly and workspace setups.
• Collaborate with teams to support facility improvements.
• Provide professional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and tools; manage replenishments.
