Job summary

The Storage Group is seeking a Maintenance Porter to keep our facility safe, clean, and up to the standards of Easy, Clean, Service. This on-site role involves hands-on work across both indoor and outdoor areas at our New York location.

You will perform daily cleaning, minor maintenance tasks, and assist with seasonal emergencies, contributing to a positive customer experience and a well-maintained building environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, exterior)
• Complete routine and light maintenance tasks: painting, wall patching, latch installations, corner guard repair, cutting locks
• Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other season or urgent needs.

About the Position:
As a Maintenance Porter, you’ll keep our facility safe, clean, and up to the standards of Easy, Clean, Service.

Location: 155-165 W 29th Street New York, New York 10001

Pay Information:
Paid weekly
$18.60 an hour

Responsibilities:
•Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, exterior)

•Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other season or urgent needs.

Schedule:
•8.5-hour shifts (30-min break)
•Hours vary between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, including weekends
