Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Porter to maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and appearance of client facilities. This role supports daily facility operations by performing maintenance tasks, ensuring workplace readiness, managing supplies, and delivering exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.

The Porter reports to the Lead Porter or Client Relations Manager in a non-exempt capacity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in porter, hospitality or facilities maintenance.
• Light maintenance and inventory experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of office spaces and client facilities.
• Perform basic maintenance and light repairs.
• Inspect facilities for safety issues and address them.
• Manage supplies and inventory, order replenishments.
• Provide professional customer service to employees and visitors.
• Collaborate with facilities and operations teams.
