Job summary

Ghost Ranch is seeking a skilled leader to oversee the care, maintenance, and long-term stewardship of Ghost Ranch’s facilities, land, utilities, and infrastructure. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive facilities management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial leadership role overseeing a large campus or ranch property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care, maintenance, and long-term stewardship of Ghost Ranch facilities, land, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Supervise the Facilities Manager and collaborate with the Facilities team.
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee capital improvements, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety and building requirements.
• Oversee a property with 100 guest rooms, 50 campsites, 20 meeting/workshop spaces, two museums, dining hall, chapel, and offices.
