Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by keeping systems operating efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
• Contribute to the team's output by following defined duties and processes under supervision.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely, quality building maintenance.
