Job summary

The Department of the Military in Rapid City, SD is seeking a full-time inspector to manage ISR and BUILDER programs for SDARNG facilities across 23 communities. You will collect data and perform site inspections to assess infrastructure readiness.

Applicants should have a four-year degree with 3–5 years of related inspection experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Travel and CAC eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Four year degree, preferably in an engineering, construction management or related field.
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in building and facility inspections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for ISR and BUILDER programs.
• Collect data from stakeholders and perform physical inspections.
• Validate the Condition Index for building systems.
• Assist in ASIP program management and MILCON planning.
