Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction projects, especially federal projects.
• Experience with OSHA and EM 385-1-1 safety manual preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED required; construction degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction compliance with schedules and specifications.
• Perform inspections and complete daily site reports.
• Assist with contract modification processes and documentations.
• Review contractor plans for approval and monitor progress.
• Prepare payment estimates and logs for project management.
