Job summary

FJ Management in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an Assistant Building Superintendent to support the safe, clean, and reliable operation of company buildings and grounds across the Ogden and Salt Lake campuses. You will assist with routine maintenance, inspections, work orders, and event setup.

The role collaborates with employees, tenants, vendors, and Facilities team members; travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in facilities, maintenance, custodial, grounds, or related hands-on work preferred.
• Technical training or experience with commercial buildings/building automation is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance of company buildings and grounds.
• Perform building inspections and respond to maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with Facilities management and vendors.
• Maintain records of maintenance activity and safety compliance.
• Support events and meetings with room setup and logistics.
• Travel between Ogden and Salt Lake campuses as needed.
• Assist with safety procedures and emergency response.
• Support security-related activities and access control.
