Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical trade school or vocational training preferred.
• 1 year hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in industrial/automation environments.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and work at heights on platforms and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automated Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including conveyors, ASRS, sortation, scales and printers.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components including motors, drives, belts, chains, bearings, and pulleys.
• Inspect, calibrate, and replace electrical components such as sensors, relays, solenoids, and encoders.
• Conduct routine maintenance on facility equipment including PITs, HVAC systems, air compressors, dryers, and basic plumbing.
• Diagnose low-voltage circuits and electronic components using multimeters and schematics.
• Log work orders in the asset management system, recording labor hours, downtime, root cause, resolution, and parts used.
• Operate PITs and service vehicles to procure parts and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Arc Flash compliance.
