Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to maintain and repair automated material handling and facility equipment at our distribution center in Romeoville, IL. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and coordinate with internal technicians and contractors to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years repairing automated conveyance systems and programming controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on MHE, conveyors, ASRS, scales.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Inspect and replace electrical components.
• Coordinate with technicians and contractors for root cause analyses.
• Utilize CMMS to track downtime and parts.
• Train Tech I staff on procedures.
