Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associates preferred
• One year networking or BAS experience preferred
• One year dispatch experience preferred
• Willingness to attend training and stay current
• Available for shift work including nights and weekends
• On-call availability expected
• Willingness to participate in on-the-job training
• Must have Florida Driver’s License or acquire one within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems and assist with performance assurance
• Assist in scheduling building automation and lighting systems
• Troubleshoot BAS scheduling issues
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment
• Keep current with hardware and software through education/self-study
• Accept night/weekend shift assignments as needed
• May be on call
• Dispatched security and operations duties as assigned
