Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company in Aliso Viejo, California, is seeking a Facilities Aide to ensure daily setup of equipment, keep gym areas clean, and maintain overall facility functionality.

You will support front desk duties, assist at lifestyle events, enforce rules, and learn Activenet to manage reservations. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential; a California driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word and Outlook.
• Ability to move equipment safely.
• Ability to handle confidential material.
• Californa Driver's License and State mandated vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Daily, hourly set-up of (table/chairs) equipment.
• Daily cleaning of gym equipment.
• Daily cleaning of facilities.
• Verify resident eligibility for facility use.
• Assist at front desk during lunch periods and busy times.
• Assist at life-style events (set-up, trash removal, tear-down, food/beverage service).
• Enforce facility rules and regulations.
• Learn the onsite client reservation system Activenet.
• Answer calls and provide information about associations’ programs and activities.
