Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company Inc. is seeking a Recreation Assistant to support daily setup and cleanliness of club facilities. You will assist residents, operate the reservation system, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.

The role requires strong customer service and the ability to move equipment safely. Applicants should have a California driver’s license and be available for two shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to move equipment safely.
• Knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Outlook.
• Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written communication skills.
• California Driver's License and State mandated vehicle insurance.
• Ability to read, understand, and implement the association’s rules.

Responsibilities

• Daily set-up of tables and chairs and gym equipment.
• Daily cleaning of gym equipment and facilities.
• Verify resident eligibility for facility use.
• Assist at front desk during lunch periods and busy times.
• Assist at lifestyle events (set-up, trash removal, tear-down, service).
• Enforce facility rules and regulations.
