Job Description
Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Manager, Facilities Management, this person’s role will be to assist with any and all areas of facilities, with a focus to help with the overall upkeep of the office. On any given day they could be tasked with helping in the mailroom, helping the cleaners, maintenance, or wherever they are needed.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
25% - Help locate, report and fix Issues around the office
20% - Meeting Room Maintenance & Event Set Up
10% - Stay with technicians during repairs when necessary
5% - Coffee Machine Maintenance
5% - Maintain Freights & Storage Rooms throughout office
5% - Help Cleaning Team and Mailroom when needed
5% - Employee Move Assistance
5% - New Hire and Departure Employee Assistance
5% - Maintain Meeting Rooms
5% - Help Run Errands for Barbara
10% - ASSIST WITH OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Supervisory Responsibilities
This person does not have any supervisory responsibilities .
Knowledge and Skills Required
The candidate should have a high school diploma or its equivalent, exceptional communication within, between and among facilities / employees’ services groups is very important. The ability to communicate with the employees he/she will be servicing is a must, both electronically and in-person.

There are no requirements for certificates, licenses and registrations.
Physical Activity and Work Environment
This role is a physical job, with lifting and requires the person to be able to constantly move about the space as well as walk long distances each day.
Salary Range:$19.23 to$26.44 an hour. A successful applicant’s actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training,licensure/certifications, and equity.
