College Housing Northwest is seeking a Director of Facilities & Asset Management to lead the strategic and hands-on management of the nonprofit’s housing portfolio in Portland, OR. You will drive capital budgets, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure safety and compliance across all properties.

Qualifications

• 10+ years maintenance, capital projects and construction management experience.
• 5+ years senior leadership experience.
• Multi-family property management or housing background preferred.
• Strong OSHA Fire and Safety knowledge.
• Experience forecasting and budgeting capital expenses.
