Latitude AI LLC is seeking a REWS Coordinator I to support real estate and workplace services at our Greenville facility, with remote support across other Latitude sites. The role focuses on daily facilities operations, safety, spacing changes, and logistics coordination.

The position requires a bachelor’s or equivalent experience, strong problem-solving and customer-service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant employment experience or equivalent.
• Associate degree with 4+ years of experience or HS diploma with 6+ years.
• Experience in warehousing, asset management, customer-facing roles, or supervision.
• Service ticketing platforms, shipping software, WMS, and asset control systems exposure.
• Ability to navigate complex issues with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Working knowledge of IT assets, hardware components, and vehicle parts.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily facility operations and maintenance coordination with ford leads and vendors.
• Assist with vendor management, scheduling, scope verification, and invoicing.
• Handle space planning and moves/adds/changes as the organization scales.
• Perform routine facility inspections and ensure space cleanliness.
• Develop and maintain facility policies and procedures.
• Support event planning, space setup, and on-site operations.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipping and logistics; manage inventory
• Track Jira tickets end-to-end, ensure updates and SLAs are met.
• Support badging, CCTV access, and visitor management.
• Assist safety audits and compliance documentation.
