Job summary

ASRC Federal Netcentric Technology, LLC seeks a Facilities Asset Manager (Requirements & Optimization) to support the KEOS contract for the US Air Force in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on optimizing lifecycle investments, coordinating maintenance, and managing condition assessments for government facilities.

Ideal candidates have an engineering/architecture degree with DoD/government facility experience, strong data analysis, and MS Office/GIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering or architecture; business degrees considered with related exp.
• 1+ year in facility and asset management, military/government campus setting preferred.
• Experience with facility and equipment condition assessments.
• Proficient with GIS software, facility Mgmt software, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair concepts; clear communication.
• Proficient PC skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint; Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• US citizenship; valid driver's license; able to pass drug screen and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for KEOS contract and support leadership.
• Analyze data to optimize lifecycle investment planning and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain condition assessments in BUILDER/PAVER/GIS frameworks.
• Use data tools to identify trends, anomalies and errors.
• Oversee small facility projects: scoping, estimating, execution, close-out.
• Manage warranty and equipment operating manual databases.
• Perform root-cause analysis for system failures and ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide operational support for department activities and maintain safety.
