Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Architect for the KEOS contract at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on sustaining mission-critical facilities, developing design documentation, and ensuring code compliance for base operations and renovations.

The ideal candidate will hold a NAAB-accredited architecture degree, be a registered architect or eligible to obtain licensure within one year, and have strong collaboration and communication skills to work with DoD customers and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a NAAB-accredited program.
• Registered Architect in the US or ability to obtain licensure within one year of hire.
• Proficiency with engineering and design software incl. Acrobat Pro and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design documentation: SOWs, specs, drawings, calculations.
• Review plans and details for construction and renovations.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure code compliance and safety.
• Present briefs to government counterparts and clients.
• Research, plan, design, and administer building projects.
