Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling and reliability, production management, engineering, or operations.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Significant experience with IWMS or CMMS and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Directs asset lifecycle and capital planning and maintains IWMS asset database.
• Integrates data from FCA, preventive maintenance programs, work orders into asset framework.
• Develops SOPs, QA, and tracks KPIs for asset reliability and service delivery.
• Supports training and change management for CMMS/IWMS use.
