CAMS is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee maintenance for a community in Bolivia, NC on-site. You will report to the Community Manager and collaborate with boards and CAMS teams to safeguard assets.

You will develop preventive maintenance plans, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and ensure cost-effective stewardship of Association resources. A CMMS/asset management background is essential; a Construction/Operations degree is preferred.

Formación

• Five years of progressively responsible facilities/asset management experience.
• CMMS or Asset Management System experience is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of building systems, roads, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and capital planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with GIS or mapping software preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Construction or Operations Management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the Association’s asset management program with records and warranties.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans and lifecycle planning.
• Manage work orders, budgets, compliance, and insurance-related coordination.
• Oversee contractors, on-site coordination, and contract performance.
• Support procurement with scopes of work, RFPs, proposals, and awards.
