Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares, processes, and researches purchase requisitions and invoices.
• Manages day-to-day administration for the TMA work order system.
• Develops preventive maintenance work orders and maintains asset records.
• Coordinates distribution of supplies to residence halls and manages inventories.
• Hires, trains, and supervises student assistants and coordinates events.
