Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a shift of facilities/maintenance mechanics in a 24/7 fulfillment environment. This onsite role in Bethlehem, PA, reports to the Facilities Manager and supports development, safety, and housekeeping initiatives.

You will coordinate with Operations, manage payroll-related responsibilities, and drive preventative maintenance and process improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of management experience in fulfillment or industrial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in fulfillment/distribution or industrial manufacturing.
• 5 years maintenance management in fulfillment/distribution or equivalent military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of facilities mechanics to support fulfillment operations and assist in developing short- and long-term goals for the department.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations and communicate with the department to schedule work on equipment.
• Perform payroll management, individual development plans, performance improvement plans, coaching and evaluations.
• Review work orders in CMMS for accuracy and provide metrics to Facilities Manager; assign work and manage inventory.
• Ensure accurate inventory accounting for spare parts and proper checkout processes for equipment.
• Monitor and audit preventative maintenance programs to keep equipment in optimal production condition and ensure procedures are followed.
• Oversee building projects including capital improvements, asset replacements and site-level process improvement projects; participate in Kaizen events.
