Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a shift of facilities mechanics supporting 24/7 production operations in Bethlehem, PA. You will drive development, safety and housekeeping, ensuring building and equipment operate at peak performance for fulfillment.

Onsite role with oversight from the Facilities Manager, Wednesday to Saturday, 7am–5:30pm. The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical engineering and 3+ years of management experience in

Qualifications

Leadership experience managing a shift of facilities mechanics
Strong coordination with Operations and maintenance teams
Experience with payroll management, development plans, and coaching is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead a shift of facilities mechanics to support 24/7 production operations
Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations and communicate with the department
Perform administrative tasks including payroll, development plans, performance reviews and coaching
Review work orders in CMMS and ensure accuracy with asset inventory and checkouts
Maintain accurate spare parts inventory and proper checkout processes
Monitor preventative maintenance programs to keep equipment in optimal condition
Participate in capital projects, asset replacements and site-level process improvements
Partner with Operations on continuous improvement programs and Kaizen events
