The Inn at Little Washington invites applicants to join our Facilities Apprentice program in Washington, VA. This 24-month training develops future Engineering professionals through hands-on instruction and structured rotations.

Work alongside experienced technicians on guest room readiness, preventative maintenance, and exceptional guest service, collaborating with Front Office and Housekeeping to uphold Forbes Five-Star standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Trade school or vocational coursework preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Guest Room Excellence: daily inspections and minor repairs.
• Assist with room refresh and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly.
• Document all work using HotSOS.
• Support Front Desk and Housekeeping to maintain luxury standards.
