POSITION OVERVIEW
West Boylston Public Schools is seeking a hands-on Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor to support the safe, clean, and efficient operation of district buildings. This position provides hands-on supervision of custodial staff and coordinates daily maintenance activities to ensure all facilities are well-maintained, secure, and fully operational for students, staff, and the community.
This is a working supervisory role focused on day-to-day operations, staff coordination, and ensuring high standards of building cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Standard hours are typically 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., schedule will require some flexibility (i.e. nights and weekends) in order to achieve and maintain these conditions, with occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends to supervise staff at various shifts, and emergency response required (including snow events and urgent facility needs).
