White Birch Armory in Dover, NH is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities and Maintenance Specialist to join our full-time team. The role involves inspecting systems, preventive maintenance, and repairs across lighting, plumbing, and equipment to uphold our high safety and performance standards.

You will maintain organized spaces, coordinate with vendors for larger projects, track work, and manage supplies while following OSHA safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance, janitorial operations, or related fields.
• Experience with commercial or industrial facilities a plus.
• Certifications or training in OSHA safety, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or equipment maintenance preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM.

As our Facilities and Maintenance Specialist, you'll inspect systems and address safety or performance issues. You'll handle preventive maintenance and repairs, including lighting, plumbing, and equipment. Your role involves maintaining clean and organized spaces, coordinating with vendors for larger projects, tracking work, and managing supplies to uphold the high standards of White Birch Armory.
