Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Budget analysis, project cost assignment, PO development, invoice coding.
• Assist Project Management with opening/closing projects.
• SAP usage to track purchase orders, invoices, budgets.
• Coordinate security, financial, and payment data with staff and vendors.
• Perform badge activities for access security.
• Maintain security system for Houston facilities.
• Support ServiceNow and departmental website updates.
• Coordinate office and parking allocations.
