Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in business/IS/CS or related field required.
• 5+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or product ownership.
• Experience supporting asset management, maintenance, operations, or utility functions.
• Experience with system integrations, data analytics, and enterprise app delivery.

• Lead complex application enhancement, modernization, and implementation initiatives.
• Elicit, document, validate, and manage business, functional, data, and reporting requirements.
• Analyze processes for optimization, automation, and digital improvements.
• Develop process maps, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings; partner with technical teams.
• Coordinate test planning, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support data flows, dashboards, reports, and data governance.
• Assist with change management, training, and adoption.
