Net Power is seeking a Project Finance Analyst to join the Houston-based corporate finance team, supporting project-level and corporate modeling for a multi-technology pipeline. The role collaborates with senior leadership, including the CFO, on capital structuring, offtake economics, and investor-facing analysis in the power sector.

This on-site role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) in Houston, TX, with exposure to M&A, capital markets, and cross-functional deal execution.

Qualificações

• 2 years of relevant experience in project finance, investment banking, consulting, or public accounting/transaction advisory.
• Demonstrated experience building or working with financial models for thermal and/or renewable power assets.
• Strong Excel modeling skills (three-statement modeling, debt schedules, waterfall/returns analysis).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple work streams under deadline pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain project finance models for multi-technology BTM/islanded projects, including debt sizing and tax equity structuring.
• Create portfolio-level rollup models with JV/partnership structures and holdco-level financing.
• Model development timelines and impacts on project economics and financing structures.
• Track and model impacts of tax credit programs on project economics across technologies.
