Strategic Alliance Business Group (SABG) seeks a Facilities Analyst (Intermediate) to support the Space Allocation Move Management team in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on gathering, coordinating, and tracking space allocation data with ARCHIBUS CAFM in alignment with MDA requirements.
You will assist in reporting, manage moves, verify facility standards, and provide leadership with regular status updates. Strong analytical skills, communication, and MS Office proficiency are essential.
The Facilities Analyst (Intermediate) will support the Space Allocation Move Management team and execute Space Allocation Move Management initiatives customer requirements and assist in the oversight and management of all aspects of facility management to meet customer established timelines and other related duties in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Capable of providing expertise to execute and report results of multiple analytical tasks related to facility operations and sustainment and development of long and short range strategies. Develop and execute project plans and related schedules/budgets. Experience working with public works organizations and procedures. Capable of providing daily supervision to support teams. Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and/or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
