GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Huntsville, AL, seeks an Facilities Analyst (Intermediate) to support the Space Allocation Move Management (SAMM) team and ensure timely completion of facility initiatives for the Missile Defense Agency. Must be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

The role emphasizes coordinating moves, updating ARCHIBUS CAFM reports, and producing leadership-ready briefings and status updates while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with four years of related experience, or AA/AS with six years of related experience.
• Strong analytical skills for planning and trend analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Liaise among field personnel, move coordinators, and customers to gather and track space allocation move data using ARCHIBUS CAFM.
• Update and develop daily reports using ARCHIBUS CAFM and related databases.
• Support execution and management of moves to meet agency requirements.
• Walk through facilities to verify standards and track status; ensure project completion.
